Quiet Ocean Beach Getaway

This nicely furnished condo is the upstairs unit of a duplex that has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in the peace and quiet of southern Ocean Beach...just 1.5 blocks to the water and a little further to the bars and restaurants of Newport Avenue.

The space

The bedrooms feature hardwood and several windows each to allow the ocean breezes to flow. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins. There are two sofas in the living room as well as air mattresses to accommodate an additional 2 visitors.

The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances, pots, pans, utensils and plateware that you will need to take full advantage of cooking for yourself when you choose to stay in.

The unit also has wonderful amenities such as an a parking space for one car (a premium at the beach), washer and dryer, cable, and high-speed internet accesss. The unit even has air conditioning, for those days when the ocean breeze stops blowing. Everything else you need is included from linens to beach towels to beach toys.

Guest access

The unit is the upstairs of a 2-unit duplex...separate entrance is on the back of the building.

Interaction with guests

As little or as much as you require...unit is equipped with electronic locks so check-in and out can be had with ease.

Other things to note

Despite ABB's cancellation policy, I will refund 100% (less any ABB fees) for any cancellations made prior to 30 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund the 50% ABB keeps to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival.
