This wonderful guest bungalow is the unattached unit to a home in Ocean Beach. A cozy space amidst an outdoor garden oasis with avocados and fruit trees (yes you may take as you wish) and a perfect deck and lawn to relax on while basking in the sun.

Other things to note

A pet fee (between $150-300) may be assessed for travelers who wish to bring dogs. Please message me first to discuss to get an accurate price. Any bookings where the pets are not disclosed in advance will be subject to a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival.
