The space

We are close to SeaWorld, Seaforth Sportfishing and Boat Rentals, San Diego Whale Watch, & Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina.

Other things to note

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival.

Please note that the patio that is pictured is solely for the use of our guests and it fronts Bayside Walk and the Bay. It is not contiguous to the unit (which is a guesthouse above and behind the main house). To access the patio you need to head downstairs and enter the patio from the bayside of the main home off the front gate.
