Loft has 4 singles (a bunk and a trundle) so there are 6 beds that can accommodate up to 8 people in comfort. The loft also has a 55" smart TV with cable and a vanity for freshening up. I am an off-site (San Diego) owner and Superhost manager. There is an on-site manager at complex (available M-F 8am-5pm) and I also have an in-town handyman available in case of emergencies.
