The space

Welcome to Margaritaville! It's 5 o'clock somewhere and this house is ready for it. From the inside bar to the outside beach-glimpsing patio or cabana-covered patio, you will have nothing to consider but where to take in the best weather in the world! This house features a 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which has a tub. You can sit on the front porch and listen to the waves as all of Ocean Beach passes by on the way to one of the best beaches in San Diego. Or you can relax in the lush oasis of the backyard that is made for beach living. Pagoda, outdoor lights, grill...all that you need to enjoy the outside with friends and family

Other things to note

Note that this is a "traditional" beach bungalow. What that means is that a premium is placed on outdoor space so the rooms are literally connected to one another. However, each room has its own entry ((the master off the main living area and the two back bedrooms have doors that lead directly to the backyard) so privacy can still be had.
